Kiwis demonstrate ostrich-like tendencies

Article Abstract:

New Zealand should develop more interest in Asian affairs as the country's relationship with the region expands. New Zealand cannot remain isolated, considering the growing number of Asian migrants and tourists arriving in the country. Instead of focusing solely on domestic problems, it would be better if New Zealand's media pay more attention to Asian news. Trade with Asia is a necessity and knowing more about its trading partners is vital to New Zealand's interest.
