Article Abstract:

The innovative marketing strategies used by telecom companies like South Korea's LG Electronics, Dubai's Ilkone Korea's PenMan Corp. to sell their cellphones to Muslims in Muslim-dominated countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Middle east countries and some Asian countries have been described. The important steps that these telecom companies follow so as not to hurt the feelings of Muslims have been mentioned.

In the Year 2004, the success or failure of Bluetooth, a wireless technology enabling the usage of two or more gadgets to talk to each other without cables will be decided, a standard called Really Simple Syndication (RSS), which helps in distributing of the content without using e-mail is going to become popular. Users can expect better services and cheaper prices on the camera phones and smart phones.
