Meta4 of Spain is set to make Easdaq debut

Meta4 will be listed for the first time on the pan-European Easdaq market. Meta4, a rapidly-expanding software firm based in Spain, is the first Spanish stock to be listed on the Easdaq. Meta4 manufactures human resources and knowledge-management software. Some experts question whether or not Meta4 will be able to expand in a struggling enterprise resource product market.

Indra's diversity worries some investors

Spanish technology firm Indras has made an initial public offering of shares. The Spanish government is selling interest in the state-owned company in an attempt to raise an estimated $467.9 million. Indras' diversity, however, is making some investors think twice becoming shareholders, due to the lack of specificity in the company's target markets.

Terra Networks prepares IPO in Spain, U.S

Terra Networks is preparing to launch an initial public offering (IPO) in the US and in Spain. Terra, a top Internet firm in Latin America and Spain, will sell off 23% of its shares beginning on November 17, 1999 on the Nasdaq and on the Madrid Stock Exchange.
