Fed view shifting on inflation: rate rises likely

Article Abstract:

Comments from officials at the United States Federal Reserve Board are suggesting that the central bank will most likely be sticking to its policy of raising interest rates when it meets on December 14th. Some reasons being cited for the possible rise are the falling value of the dollar, slowing productivity growth, high energy prices, and data that suggests inflation risks may be increasing.
