Nike catalogue site targets instructors

Article Abstract:

CyberSight Canada, an Internet marketing services firm in Toronto, Ontario, has created a virtual catalogue for Nike Canada. The Web site, www.nikeinp.ca, can be used exclusively by fitness instructors who are members of the company's Instructor Network Program. All were mailed passwords to gain access to the site, where they could browse and choose items. The objectives were to simplify the ordering process, reduce the cost of the catalogue and increase the number of orders from instructors.

New Molson ads highlight hockey

Article Abstract:

Bensimon Byrne D'Arcy has introduced two hockey-themed advertising spots for Molson Canada's Canadian brand. Both spots end with the tag line "It's a Canadian game." The spots are the first to be broadcast throughout English Canada in the hockey season in an advertising pool which will later include print advertising. A Molson official said the tag line is specific to hockey and was an attempt for the Canadian brand to own a Canadian sport.
