Nortel again reduces forecast for 1st quarter

Nortel Networks Corp. is forecasting lower-than-expected results for the 2001 first-quarter. The company expects to post between $6.1 billion and $6.2 billion in quarterly revenues, compared to its previous estimate of $6.3 billion.
