Outrage as competition advisor lands the project

Article Abstract:

The RIAS is to undertake an investigation following complaints about the fact that the Holmes Partnership has won the commission to design a 700,000 pounds sterling house for a wealthy businessman in Edinburgh, Scotland. This is because the practice had been acting as an advisor to the client in assessing designs submitted by three local practices. It is possible that Holmes Partnership could face a reprimand, suspension or expulsion from the RIAS.
