Update.com Software AG estimates the Polish market for customer relationship management (CRM) software at EUR 20mn. A Polish subsidiary of the Austrian Vienna-based company, which is to become operative at the end of February 2001, aims to gain 10% of the Polish CRM software market in the first financial year.
