Carl Ware has been appointed as the new head of global public affairs and administration for Coca-Cola Co. Mr. Ware resigned from the company two months earlier after he was effectively demoted.

He's been called a visionary and 'one-ply,' but whatever you call him, Steve Reinemund is the probable new CEO at PepsiCo by the end of 2002. At that time Roger Enrico plans to turn the reins over. Reinemund has been with PepsiCo. since 1984. He did remarkable things as head of Pizza Hut and Frito-Lay.
