Processor reduces waste fish heads 'to puree'

Alaska based Norquest Seafoods Inc. has improved the waste management systems in its at-sea and land fish processing plants by installing the Muffin Monster waste processing grinders manufactured by California based JWC Environmental. The salient features of the said grinders are described.
