Ring-netter revives old British fishery

Buccaneer Boats of Camborne has built a GRP-hulled ring netter, Resolute, for Cornwall based Ocean Fish. Ocean Fish hopes to revive the seasonal fishery in the region. The salient features of the equipments and supplies installed on the fishing vessel are described.

The design of a new seiner that Zvezda Naval yard, based in Bolshoi Kamen near Vladivostok is building for fishing co-op Moryak-Rybolov is described. If the vessel is successful, it could mean an order of 5 to 12 vessels for the shipyard.
