Quite optimistic

Article Abstract:

Although the New Zealand economy will slow somewhat in 2003, business and consumer confidence is rising. The only negative in the economy is the trade balance, which worsened to a NZ$1.5 billion ($838 billion) deficit in the three months to December 2002.
