Radio moguls do the courtship dance

Article Abstract:

Radio station owners and media professionals believe that the impending ownership shakeup for the Canadian radio industry, which will place many stations under few owners, will not result in high ad rates. Meanwhile, radio station operators remain vague about the shakeup, saying they are dancing or are under a courtship-like ritual that precedes any business deal.
