Bush budget aide weighs cut in benefit outlays

Hurricane Katrina clean up costs of approximately $200 billion have spurred another look at the United States federal budget for possible cuts. White House Budget Director Joshua Bolton has said it doesn't look as if Medicare, the highway bill or defense/homeland security will be cut.
