The Seafood Russia 2005 exhibition held in Moscow in June exposed the Russian seafood market to the world. According to Vadim Lewandowski, import director of the Russian seafood importer BusinessCredit, Moscovites prefer cheap and bulk fish even though they can afford western seafood.
