Article Abstract:

The Swiss Thal-based board producer Emil Christ AG has been acquired by Mayr-Melnhof of Austria for undisclosed terms. Christ, which was a family enterprise with about 120 staff, has an annual output of more than 38,000 tonnes of recycled board.
