Scrushy is found not guilty in HealthSouth fraud case

Chief Executive Officer Richard M. Scrushy of HEALTHSOUTH Corp. of the United States has been cleared of all accounting fraud charges. The founder of the chain of health care service providers was blamed by other executives at HEALTHSOUTH Corp. for the $2.7 billion accounting fraud.

Coca-Cola study finds no basis for fraud claim
