Shui On Construction & Materials, a cement and construction company based in Hong Kong, is touted as a reliable investment even though it is a relatively small company in a traditionally slow-paced business. Its stability is supported by high dividend yields, a manageable debt, and adequate reserves; but a slowdown public housing construction in Hong Kong may undermine these gains.
