Singapore to corporatize parts of industrial landlord JTC

Article Abstract:

Jurong Town Corp. (JTC), the largest industrial landlord in Singapore, will have large portion corporatized in order to make the firm operate more like a company. The action is a move toward the firm's eventual public listing on the Singapore Exchange. Jurong Town Corp. also has announced a name change to JTC Corp. as well as plans to concentrate on primary functions of industry property development and land use planning.
