The kid-friendly remedies for the existing nutrient shortfalls are described. Low magnesium intake can cause hyperactivity, low vitamin D intake can cause growing pains and low iron intake will cause struggles in school and hence it is necessary for every child to take proper food that has the key vitamins and minerals that are essential for optimal growth and development.
