RWE, VEW get merger aproval from Germany

The Federal Cartel Office of Germany has given approval to the merger of the utility companies, RWE AG and VEW AG. The combined company is expected to produce around 210 billion killowatt-hours of electricity per year.

Spain looks set to clear Gas Natural-Endesa deal
