Highland chief

Article Abstract:

Sebastian Tombs, the Scottish executive, is planning for Scotland's future in which he uses a model to draw up plans for the new quango, Architecture and Design Scotland (A&DS), called as CABE by abandoning archaic Royal Fine Art Commission for Scotland. The plans for this design reviewing are discussed briefly.

The blame game

Article Abstract:

The 2003 undergraduate performance at the University of Central England (UCE) shocked the entire profession with the results reporting only a 7 per cent pass rate at the end of the academic year. The students and their tutors were equally keen to spread the blame, thus retaining their jobs and credibility.
