Jose Luis Ripolls, a Spanish trained architect, felt that he had done the right thing - both for Aukett's shareholders and for its staff by removing the chairman, the chief executive, the marketing director and one non-executive diector. His vision for the company is to maintain the brilliant standards of architecture and service to clients, and to expand the role of the employees.

Autodesk ends rumors by admitting price rises

A heavy price rise is planned by Autodesk, the supplier of AutoCAD in the UK, in the upgradation software package of AutoCAD-2002 to AutoCAD-2005. The information on company's research and development policies, annual product release cycle, functionality, future improvements and reactions for the price rise from the consumers are given.

Terrorist force embassy rethink

The terrorist attacks by Al Qaeda in Istanbul forced Tony Fretton Architects to reconsider the designs of the new British Embassy. According to him, after a little delay they had conversation with the Foreign and Common-wealth Office about the changes that should be made.
