Article Abstract:

CS Communications & Systemes has introduced a commercial-off-the-shelf form of the AudioLan voice communication system called Voice P@ck, which was developed in cooperation with the Eurocontrol Experimental Center. It comes with a standard 100 Mb/sec Ethernet LAN for 200 users. The Voice P@ack allows for multisite communications and distributed simulation; integration of VCS technical and operational supervision; and the common recording and replay of voice and data.

Article Abstract:

Airtel ATN based in Ireland, UK, has unveiled three software products at the ATN2000 conference held in London, UK, in Sep 2000. All three products are ICAO SARPs compliant and compatible with the evolving Arinc-637 standard, and are designed to support data communications between the ground and aircraft flight decks. These include the Access Router, Gateway Server and AOC Application Support Package.
