Techs please, we're British

Article Abstract:

The London Stock Exchange's proposals for Techmark, a new technology market, could represent significant progress towards gaining recognition for smaller companies. Techmark will focus on company types, creating an index based on 170 innovative companies. In this way, innovation should be encouraged, regardless of the company's size. It will also ensure that larger proportions of funds are given to smaller companies. This development should be welcomed.

Think about it

Article Abstract:

South Korea's educational system has been changed since reforms started in 1995. The aim is to foster innovation and gear education to learners rather than teachers. Schools are being given more autonomy, and less time is being spent listening to teachers, with more spent on projects and discussions. Critics argue that guidelines lack clarity, but business executives see an improvement in the ability of graduates to be creative and in their training.
