TRIVENI LOOKS TO FOREIGN ALLIANCES TO FUEL GROWTH

Article Abstract:

The Triveni group is to enter joint ventures and make strategic alliances for increasing its growth. It has signed a technology transfer pact with Lufkin of USA for gear boxes and with Flexibox of UK for establishing Triveni Flexibox Ltd. The group plans to concentrate on exports. Triveni Engineering Industries Ltd (TEIL) of Bangalore, a company of the Triveni group, is seeking global partners for tie-ups and strategic alliances. It proposes to foray into the Caribbean, African, Latin American and the Asean markets in the next 14-16 months. (ag)
