Teens out of control

Article Abstract:

Globalized pop culture and a sharp rise in drug and alcohol use among youths have alarmed Thai parents. Thai government is debating whether to impose a 10 pm curfew on all citizens under the age of 18, unless escorted by adult relatives, in order to prevent the teens of Bangkok from falling prey to drugs and alcohol.
