Profiting from privatization

Article Abstract:

Government-owned enterprises worldwide, especially in developing countries are being privatized to enable these nations to attract foreign investment. Many privatization efforts have been successful, and companies across industry should explore opportunities in the sales of state-controlled businesses. The US railroad industry provides many examples of success in exploiting government sell- offs.
