The irreconcilable truth is that reconciliation is a good thing

According to Kim Franklin, the contentious lawyers spend time trying to reconcile the irreconcilable. The usual hurdles to settlement are mostly the elements of madness or bad advice or sometimes both and if the two parties can't compromise they involve a third party to resolve their differences.
