The prince and the professor

Article Abstract:

Archeologist Richard Hodges has been appointed to turn round the ailing Institute of Architecture, the four-year-old organisation founded by the Prince of Wales. Hodges, aged 44, will keep his position as a professor of art studies at the University of East Anglia. His appointment as the director of the Institute of Architecture is an attempt to refocus the organisation and change its emphasis to become more closely involved with local communities.
