The rise of print

Article Abstract:

After several years of struggle for the print media, a promising future was forecast for it at the recent Audit Bureau of CirculationsE conference for media buyers, advertisers and print executives. Renetta McCann, chief executive of Starcom North America, spoke on the shift from mass media to one-to-one relationships and how magazines could play an important role in forming a bond with readers. Sunni Boot, president of ZenithOptimedia Canada, emphasized on the need to focus on Print Web sites, and expressed five ways in which the print media could enhance its attraction for advertisers.
