The rule of law grows in China

Article Abstract:

Recent technical cooperation between the Central Bank and the Asian Development Bank has led to China's publication of a new law guiding the China Banking Regulatory Commission, plus revisions to the Central Bank and commercial banking laws. This is leading to a comprehensive bank-ruptcy law and to new laws on the regulation of financial conglomerates and bank insolvencies.

Article Abstract:

The implications of the demise of dubious Agreement on Textiles and Clothing imposing restrictive quotas on third world countries are discussed. America is continuing to protect its textiles by re-imposing restrictive quotas against Chinese textile industry.
