Telecom Italia plans to sell some of its real-estate assets

Telecom Italia SpA has reached a deal to sell off some of its real estate businesses to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and Beni Stabili SpA. Beni Stabili will acquire 45% of Im.Ser, Telecom Italia's realty division, while Lehman Brothers will purchase 15%.
