MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Co. introduced a reorganization plan for its operations in an attempt to become a major player within the region. The company will conduct a restructuring of its upstream divisions into two units. MOL will transform its downstream divisions into three units. The restructuring will more closely emphasize MOL's underlying businesses and allow it to respond with greater flexibility to new tasks.
