Toronto TV station Toronto1 was sold to Chum after a failure to attract viewers, last month and the failure was the result of wrong positioning, confusing graphic identity and above all the bland and washed-over programming. The new owners are advised to change the name and give the audience some reason to watch the station in order to succeed.
