The international Climate Change Conference scheduled for Dec 1997, in Kyoto, Japan, is likely to result in new environmental treaties and provisions. Although some chanes are warranted, more research needs to be done before drastic measures are enacted.

Cool costing: global warning

Article Abstract:

It would cost less than 3% of the world's gross domestic product to implement a worldwide plan to cut production of carbon dioxide and other gases which contribute to global warming, according to the OECD report.
