Quantfin will acquire Ceska Typografie

Article Abstract:

Ceska typografie (CT) (Prague, Czech Republic), printing firm, will be sold to Quantfin (Czech Republic). The decision has been made by the National Property fund, which evaluated two offers. The orientation price of the package of shares in CT was fixed at CEK 450 mil. Quantfin is not involved in printing activities. It is possible that the firm will sell both the printing plants of CT in Prague. It will obtain an attractive building in the street Na Porici in Prague due to the acquisition.

Splintex Czech will invest

Article Abstract:

Splintex Czech (Bilina-Chuderice, Czech Republic), flat glass manufacturer, plans to invest more than CEK 1.3 bil by 2005. The investments will be intended in the enlargement of the firm's flat glass processing and products plant. The company has received investment incentives for the project.
