Tyco trial jurors say defendants weren't credible

Article Abstract:

L. Dennis Kozlowski and Mark H. Swartz former executives of Tyco International Ltd. have been found not credible witnesses and convicted in a corporate fraud trial. There was no evidence that a now-deceased director had orally approved multimillion dollar bonuses to the two executives.

Two ex-U.S. Foodservice executives plead not guilty to fraud charges

Article Abstract:

Former U.S. Foodservice executives Michael Resnick and Mark Kaiser pleaded not guilty to securities fraud and other charges. Prosecutors claim that the two executives conspired to manipulate the company's earnings. They could face up to 20 years on the main charge, if convicted.

LVMH's Fendi sues Wal-Mart, claiming bags are counterfeit

LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton S.A. of France has sued Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of the United States for trademark infringement. The plaintiff has alleged that Sam's Club stores are selling counterfeit Fendi bags and wallets for discount prices.
