Siemens supervisory board chief says he won't resign amid scandal

Heinrich von Pierer, chair of the board of Siemens AG, has stated that he has no intention of resigning, amidst allegations of corporate scandal. Siemens has hired a law firm to conduct an internal investigation into alleged accounting irregularities.

Siemens plans broad changes in management

Heinz-Joachim Neuburger is resigning as chief financial officer at Siemens AG of Germany, for personal reasons. Joe Kaiser has been appointed as successor. Mr. Neuburger will continue as an advisor.
