Olympic Airways chief submits his resignation

Theodoros Tsakiridis, the managing director of Olympic Airways, submitted his resignation. However, Mr. Tsakiridis will continue as Olympic's director until a replacement is appointed. The carrier called for offers from firms that are interested in becoming a participant in its management. Officials in Greece said that several foreign carriers have expressed interest in the management of the airline.
