UPC aims to acquire Eneco's cable unit for 990 million Euros

UPC is ready to pay 990 million Euros for Eneco Kabel and Telecom, a subsidiary of utility provider Eneco. Although the companies' executives welcome the negotiations, the transactions is by no means a done deal yet.
