Unyielding terrain, promising coverage for 3M

Article Abstract:

3M Canada Healthcare sponsored the medical rescue team of Discovery Channel's Eco-Challenge. The move to sponsor the team that took care of the competitors and film crews departed from 3M's earlier plan of associating itself with one of the Canadian teams in the race. The rescue team's sponsorship entailed providing it with every medical product that it needed. The reason for 3M Healthcare's involvement was exposure. The Eco-Challenge is the second-highest rated program of Discovery Channel after its theme weeks.
