A former post office ancillary building in Borough, London, England, has been converted into a living and working space by Stiff and Trevillion for Keith Wainwright. Some 30% of the floor area was removed, with a three storey free-standing shuttered-concrete structure incorporating a staircase being inserted.

Studio BAAD has designed aluminium sunshades for the Simon Jersey headquarters building in Altham, England. The scale of the sunshades evolved to form a sheltered external route around the building.

Maccreanor Lavington has been responsible for three separate commissions at the Lux building in Hoxton Square, London, England. It has undertaken shell and core building for developer Glasshouse Investments, a first floor gallery for electronic art and new media for London Electronic Arts and fitting out of administration and production and educational facilities on the first and second floors for London Filmmakers Co-op and London Electronic Arts. It was subsequently commissioned by Blue Note Clubs to design a ground floor cafe/bar.
