Lehman urges Vodafone, Mannesmann to merge

Lehman Brothers is calling on Vodafone AirTouch PLC to merge with Mannesmann AG. In a 30-page report, Lehman said that Mannesmann will expand more quickly by itself. However, a merger with Vodafone will make more opportunities available to Mannesman.

Vodafone pushes for antitrust OK on Mannesmann
