Mobile-phone giant offers bleak outlook

Nokia Corp. predicts a dip in earnings for the third quarter. Unlike other mobile phone companies, such as Sony Ericsson and Samsung, which have focused on handset development, Nokia has been investing heavily in software development. The company now hopes to boost market share by concentrating on quality displays and cameras in its phones.
