The agency claims to have many documents describing Philip Morris's strategies in this area.

U.S. Supreme Court rejects attempt to treat tobacco as dangerous drug

The Supreme Court of the US ruled that Food and Drug Administration does not have the authority to regulate tobacco goods. The ruling represents a setback for the Clinton Administration as it attempts to stop cigarette smoking.
