Article Abstract:

The Government's Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) for Energy Rating of Dwelling covers the traditional SAP calculations of energy use per m(super 2), but also include an environmental impact rating based on CO2 emissions and the Dwellings Emission Rate (DER).
