Sanjay Mirchandani, Microsoft's Asia President believes that top management has to make itself accessible to the employees and have a continuous communication flow to avoid blackouts. He follows the concept of parking lot-time, making half hourly slots available to the employees to talk about anything and to contribute ideas.
