The shares, priced from US$9.15 to US$10.98 per share, will trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The IPO is already oversubscribed even though the roadshow has not yet ended. Analysts attribute the appeal of the Indochina stock to its strong management team, exploration licenses, strategy, and political and corporate contacts.
