Wind in the bath

Article Abstract:

The water-bath laboratory modelling is used to help inform the designs of a number of new school buildings in UK and has been identified as designs that exhibit a multiple range of flow regimes for exactly the same operating conditions. This technique is uniquely able to expose the existence of multiple-flow regimes and is used to develop the appropriate mathematical models for sizing the airflow vents and formulate the appropriate operation strategy for the building.
